FLMS Community Connections Family Night

Our Community Connections Family Night will be August 7 from 5-7 pm. Come meet your child's teachers, see what community services are available to you in our area, and enjoy visiting with our great FLMS family!

Tax Free Weekend is July 27-29

The state of Tennessee's annual sales tax holiday is held every year, beginning at 12:01 a.m. on the last Friday in July and ending at 11:59 p.m. the following Sunday night. During this weekend, certain goods may be purchased tax free. The 2018 tax-free holiday weekend begins at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, July 27 and ends Sunday, July 29 at 11:59 p.m.

IXL Summer Math Challenge

We are excited to announce our Summer Math
Incentive Program! Students will have access to
during the summer to review, practice, and prep their
math skills to help them be ready for the upcoming school
year. We have lots of prizes to hand out and can’t wait
to see how many medals everyone earns when we return in

STEM Quest Camp at FLMS!

We are excited about our STEAM Quest camp this year. We will be having Art activities that coincide with Math, Science and Technology lessons using circuits and electricity, as well as our gardening activities and healthy snacks!
Each camp has a limited number of spots available. Because this camp is FREE for everyone and due to the limited spots available, a $50.00 refundable deposit is required to hold your child’s spot. Your deposits will be repaid in full at our Open House on Thursday, June 7th, if your child attends all 4 days of camp. You can register until May 11, 2018, but the early birds get first placement!

MAY THE FORT BE WITH YOU! 6th Grade Preview Night

May 3 will be our upcoming 6th grade preview night. Check in starts at 5:00 pm, and the first 100 6th graders attending will get a free t-shirt! We have so much to share with our new Braves.
