Hardin Valley Academy (2017)
Lee University, B.S. in Special Education Comprehensive Disabilities (2021)
When I was in middle school, I found my love and passion for working with students with disabilities. I began helping in my CDC classroom as a peer tutor in the seventh grade and knew there was nothing I would rather do for my future career. Now, here I am starting my first year of teaching in a middle school! I love full circle moments. :) I also found my love for basketball as a middle schooler and could not be more thrilled to be the new FLMS girls' basketball coach as well. I might not have known it when I was twelve years old, but my middle school years were very foundational and formative in discovering who I was and what I loved. I am so excited to begin my teaching journey at Fort Loudoun Middle School.
I am so excited to meet my students and their parents and to watch them each grow over this next school year. It is my dream that I can inspire my students to push themselves to be all that they can be and to break through anything that stands in their way. I believe each student can learn and can achieve great things and I cannot wait to see all that my students do this year!!
It is an honor to be a part of the FLMS team! Go Braves!
